You may return the device within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling charges.

To obtain a refund you must contact NComputing Support at 1.650.409.5959 to obtain an RMA number. We must receive the returned device within 30 days of the original shipping date. The returned device must be shipped in the original packaging and include the user documentation, power cords, adapters and any other material shipped with the product. We will verify that the device is fully functional before authorizing the refund. The refund amount is subject to a 20% restocking and special handling fee deduction. The net refund amount will be applied to the credit card you used when making this purchase.
